If lights blink, settings change, needles move, etc., we classify that as "appears to function normally". We have neither the technology nor the knowledge to extensively test most of the equipment we receive. This item is classified as 'surplus inventory', with minor scratches and 'moving marks' as pictured. WHOLESALE/PALLET LOTS MAY CONTAIN INCOMPLETE SYSTEMS, PARTS, ETC. and are completely UNTESTED unless directly stated above! Everything is packed carefully by experienced staff. AS RESPONSIBLE RECYCLERS, WE MAY REUSE MATERIAL such as boxes and packing materials, and always assure your purchase is protected. Fragile units are given additional care. If you find, within 24 hours after delivery, that the unit does not function/perform as described, let us know immediately. We will work with you on resolving the issue with utmost priority. Our desire is to have 100% satisfaction and we do everything we can to make that happen! The surplus item is substantially in the condition as shown in the photos. We do everything we can to clean the unit prior to taking photos and show you everything we see in the pictures. Other purchases must be paid within 10 days.
