Used, and a little weak. There is a little spot where the electron beam doesn't go. I'm sure the phosphor is OK, because you can shift the image on the screen and the spot stays in the same place. I think there is debris on the control grid or something like that. It's not getting worse. It's useable. Maybe better than nothing? The pictures are of the actual item. The screen shots were taken with ambient light from windows on an overcast day. If you crank up the intensity so that it is bright, you start to see the graticule come a bit out of focus.
