Hamtronics REP-200T Repeater for the 220 Ham Band. This is Hamtronics top of the line repeater. It has phone patch, digital voice recorder module for announcements, multiple courtesy tones, CW or Voice ID and includes all manuals. It has every feature Hamtronics offers except for the CTCSS module which is their PL tone board. Both the transmitter and receiver are frequency synthesized meaning you just set the frequencies by setting the dip switches, no waiting for crystals. It is currently tuned to 224.540 repeater pair. The antenna connectors are the more expensive N type. Power output is close to 15 watts. To see all the features and specs, go to the Hamtronics web site. The repeater was just taken off the air last week due to no activity. It was purchased on July 28, 1998 by my friend K8PEX and was maintained by me, N8CT. This was the 224.620 repeater for Ashtabula County, Ohio. I never had to do anything to the repeater itself, just the antenna and power supply were the only things ever needing attention by me. I brought it home and retuned it to my repeater pair and ran all the needed tests to make sure it is working 100% which it is. There are only a couple of tiny nicks on the front face plate. note: The current price for this same repeater is $1695.00 if bought new from Hamtronics.
