2-Layer PCB Manufacture Service 1 Please read the following messages carefully before placing your order: 1. In PCB made-to-order service, we provide green paint and white silkscreen only. 2. In PCB made-to-order service, we provide 1 oz of copper only, which is approximately 35um 3. In PCB made-to-order service, we provide 1.6 mm FR-4 glass-based fiber PCB only. 4. We don t provide RoHS-compliant PCB for Service 1 - 5. 5. The width of line must be larger than 8mil; the distance between two lines must be larger than 8mil. 6. The diameter of the drilled hole should be no less than 10mil, which is approximately 0.25mm. Gerber RS-274X,dsp,99fe,protel PTH/ NPTH 0.08/0.05 mm for 0~0.85mm hole 0.1/0.08 mm for 0.85-1.6mm hole 0.15/0.1 mm for 1.65-5.0mm hole Immersion Tin or Immersion Gold Send Gerber-based PCB files to our mailbox (elise-higgins@chicagopartsnetwork.com.) and make sure they can meet the requirements that Sure Electronics has set for format and file name, which include: 1. Top (copper) Layer : .GTL 2. Bottom (copper) Layer : .GBL 3. Top Overlay Silkscreen : .GTO 4. Bottom Overlay Silkscreen: .GBO 6. Bottom Solder Mask : .GBS Note: Missing any one of the above files will be deemed as intentionally left blank. Meanwhile, another txt document is also required, in which the following shall be expressly described: 1. Form factor: e.g. 10 inches x 10 inches or 2.54 cm x 2.54 cm Note: We don't accept the requirements of having two different designs implemented on a single board. It will take 10 to 15 days to complete the manufacture. When you receive the parcels, remember to mail us.
