Several years ago I purchased an International 140 Farmall from my elderly neighbor. I use the tractor for mowing and have never used this cultivator. He told me that it came with the tractor. It is missing the V shaped shovels that bolt on the bottom. It appears to be complete, however, I never used it to test this (nor do I know how it bolts onto the International 140). There are 2 pieces to this unit (one for each side of the tractor).
