TCRT1000 Reflective Optical Sensor with Transistor Output The TCRT1000 have a compact construction where the emitting-light source and the detector are arranged in the same direction to sense the presence of an object by using the reflective IR-beam from the object. The operating wave length is 950 nm. The detector consists of a photo transistor * Low temperature coefiicient * Detector provided with optical filter * Current Transfer Ratio (CTR) of typical 2.5% * - Takes approximately 10 - 15 business days (2 - 3 weeks). * - If you do not receive an item with in 20 business days (4 weeks), please contact me.
