This is a unit of USED VULCAN DOUBLE TILT STEAM KETTLE GAS MODEL DC-10 (STOCK # 10045). The unit has been picked up from a metro school that is renewing all of their equipment. We were told by the maintanace people that everything in the kitchen was in working condition at the time of removal. We do not have a steam generator to test this unit, so we could not perform any tests on it other than inspecting it by naked eye. This Vulcan steam kettles are made of high quality stainless steel, which is in good cosmetic condition. The exterior of the unit is in good condition. There no chips or cracks on the body. The tilting mechanism works fine with no glitches. The stand seen in the pictures is also included in the sale, and that is in good condition as well. This kettle has 2 tanks, 10 gallons each. The model number for the kettles is DC-10 and the serial number of the unit is 2029-1K-325 and 2029-1K-331 The dimensions of this unit is 50"wide x 24"deep x 50"high overall.
