DS6130 TDR (Cable Fault Locator) is used to locate any kind of RF cable faults like short circuits, open circuits or high resistance joints. TDR test port is used to transmit the electrical pulse energy from the cable fault like points where there are short circuits, open circuits or high resistance joints. The pulse now travels with the certain speed specified for different cable type. So now DS6130 can judge the fault (Open/Short Circuit) automatically and show the distance of the fault. DS6130 handset adopts the Time Domain Reflection technology, displaying the time domain reflection picture on the LCD, using the analysis software to analyze the status of the cable. DS6130 can be used in testing cables of 25W, 50W, 75W and 100W impedance and more than 2km with high accuracy. DS6130 has powerful analysis functions, the double cursor can be defined as time marker to indicate distance, and distance test can be define as absolute scale and relative scale to be used in fault location. It can be defined as amplitude marker to indicate impedance characters. DS6130 handset is convenient and easy to use, has maximum range of 2000 meters. DS6130 comes with measure detector, carrying case, two 1.2V/1.2AH Ni. - MH Batteries, charger, user manual and quality card. DS6130 also provides you electronics map relevant to time domain picture, so that the fault can be detected easily. DS6130 can be connected to the PCs to upload files and make data analysis.
