********* I made those back in 1987-1989, probably were made up til 1990-1992 It is a 488nm expander built for Insystems for waffer inspection system. PN 58-165-160X-488 likely. It is 160x expander for Argon beam. The apodizing filter controls the beam uniformity to <5% 0ver the 150mm? output beam. They were $10K back then in qty. Nice output Triplet lens then the apodizing filter window. ***********************
