Reproduction of the original factory owner's manual for the Hallicrafters SX-28A shortwave radio receiver. The SX-28A was the world's finest receiver when it was manufactured in the 1940s. It is still a highly desirable receiver today. It had all the bells and whistles for its day, and was reknowned for its performance. When properly aligned and in good repair, the SX-28A is still a very competent performer.
