This is a Ditch Witch VP 250 Vibrating Plow (pipe puller). It runs great, and is fully operational. The engine is in great condition, and all functions work properly. ***Please notice in pictures, that both mufflers are starting to rust out. Besides the mufflers, no repairs or replacement parts are needed. Included with the pipe puller are 2 straight blades, a "C" blade, and wire pipe grip. It has primarily been used to pull in poly pipe for underground sprinkler systems. It goes up to 12 inches deep, and works great on any pipe up to 1 1/2 inch pipe.
