Sencore LC-102 inductor-capacitor test unit, S/N 6139742M. This unit was used maybe twice and then stored. I sent it off in February for a full recertification and NIST Traceable calibration. The pictures show the calibration sheet- there are four pages in all, with calibration data points. The unit comes with the power supply, leads, capacitor "re-polarization" spring rod, operators manual, "Servicers Handbook of Component Testing", schematic and parts list and Sencore tech tips 103 thru 106. This unit is for full capability testing of all types of inductors (including yokes and flyback transformers), and capacitors (ceramic, electrolytic, foil, etc.). It does ring testing on non-ferrous core chokes and inductors to find shorted turns (windings) and can pickout one shorted turn out of hundreds. It can also do other neat tricks like find breaks or shorts in coaxial cables and tell you the distance in feet to the open or short. Highly accurate test and component determination. The LC-103 model, which replaced this one in Sencore's lineup, goes for over $2500 and gives you very little extra in capability, if any.
