CREST JEWELRY STAMP PUNCH PRESS STRIKING DIE SET TOOL This listing is for 1 die set (7 pieces) in good general condition with minimal signs of use and wear, as seen. Ther is only some light surface rust in places. Includes two main cutout plates, two main cutting heads, raised embossing head, eyelet cutout plate and eyelet cutting head. This die set is to be used with a punch press machine for manufacturing this design in metal. First, the main cutting head and main cutout plate are used to punch metal material into the overall shape of the piece. Then the embossing head is used to stamp or emboss a detailed design into the metal piece. Finally, the eyelet cutout plate and cutting head are used to punch a small rectangular hole in the top of the piece for hanging chain or necklace. This die set features a crest type design, as pictured, measuring approx 1-1/4" x 23/32". This die set can be used with stainless steel, silver or gold to make jewelry such as pendants, pins or even earrings. Can also be used with other soft metals for craft applications like insignias, trim or decoration for almost any product. This may be able to be used to stamp leather, though this has not been confirmed and its main application is metal. The tooling of the embossing head measures 1-1/2" x 1" x 31/32" overall. One of the cutting heads measures 1-7/16" diameter by 1-3/16" height overall with a 9/16" x 1-1/4" shank. The other cutting head measures 1-11/32" diameter by 1-1/16" height overall with a 9/16" x 1-1/4" shank. One cutout plate is 2-3/8" x 2-3/8" tapered to 2-3/8" x 2-7/16" and is 9/16" height/thickness. The other cutout plate is 2-3/4" x 2-3/8" tapered to 2-3/4" x 2-7/16" and is 7/16" height/thickness. The eyelet cutout plate measures 2-1/2" x 1-11/16" x 15/16" overall including hardware. THe eyelet cutting head is 2-15/32" length overall with a 9/16" diameter shank. Some of the pieces, like the embossing head and a cutout plate are marked with the number "698".
