(Includes degree ring & handle) Pedestal, magnetic degree pointer and die sets are sold separately. The Model 32 tube and pipe bender is the latest design by JD Squared. Essentially a super heavy duty version of the original Model 3, this machine makes bending extremely heavy wall material possible. The JD2 Model 32 can bend from 1/2" to 2" x .120" wall tubing manually with little effort because of the compound leverage from the ratcheting arm and can be upgraded to hydraulic power at any time. With hydraulics the machine is capable of bending up to 2.5" OD material, including 2" .250" wall DOM. (For manual operation the Model 32 must be solidly attached to a fixture such as our Floor Pedestal). The Model 32 bender is CNC machined from high strength cold rolled steel and holds up to daily use much better than look-alike benders. The die sets are equipped with replaceable alloy blocks which eliminate galling of steel tubing.
