UNIVERSAL MAGNETEC 949LHTCP BALLAST * Min. Starting Temp: -20 degrees F This rapid-start ballast is new in the box and lists for $125.00. Universal/Magnetec no longer makes these ballasts. It is for a one bulb fixture using a F48T12VHO or F48PG17 florescent bulb. If you have any questions be sure to contact me. Sorry, but these is no return on this item. As an electrician I have seen too many of my fellow workers hook new equipment up wrong, destroy it, then take it back. I promise this unit is new and will work.
