PLL controlled RF Signal Generator Module. (MWS-1020 : 1.0GHz to 2.0GHz model : 50kHz minimum frequency step) Compact design (Approx W:2-1/4", D:1-1/2", H:1/2") and high signal stability. Only requires +12V & -5V for the power supply lines. The output signal level is typically +8 ± 2 dB @1.0GHz, +2 ± 2 dB @2.0GHz with 50 ohm termination.
