The Simpson low Range Ohmmeter Model 362 is a low drain two range unit
for measurement or resistance values from 0.1 ohm to 25 ohms.
This unit appears to be new but i don't know for sure.
Complete with cables and manual.
Measured the resistance of a 5 ohm 1 % resistor and it was right
