By looking up the serial number, Insinger was able to tell us that this unit was ordered by the US Government with special upgraded features including fungus-resistant motors. In addition, the unit is equipped with steam coils and setup for a 70 degree immersion steam booster. The unit is electric with 220V 3 phase operation. The unit has been basically hooked up and powered and the pumps and conveyors DO WORK AND ROTATE CORRECTLY! (the machine powers and lights and the water pumps and conveyor all work, beyond that, a qualified service technician would have to do more testing) We did not have an available hot water heater or drains for prolonged testing without making a huge mess. http:// /library/equip_rackcon_speeder64.html The Insinger Machine Company currently maintains an extensive supply of replacement parts for this unit, and have proven to be very helpful from my experience and conversations with them. Tech manuals for the Speeder 6 are available from Insinger. Insinger also maintains a network of authorized service technicians that can be found via their website or by calling Insinger.
