Nice High Quality James Millen 90651 Grid Dip Meter NR Many of you may know that the James Millen Company is a very famous name in American Communication Electronics History. They made some very nice high quality equipment in their day. This one has been tested and does work fine but is not mint. It is complete with all plug in coils and OEM Manual. I am not sure if this is the original metal case or that was added by a previous owner. Spammers, Scammers, and Crooks Need Not Apply. I have seen all of your tricks and know what it is: CRAP.
