This item is new still in the box - as you can see in the pictures, the box was unopened - I opened it and removed the window to take the photos. The box had gotten wet in the past but the wood on the window is still fresh and unaffected. This is a beautiful stationary glass octagon window. An Octagon window has the ability to enhance the interior of your room as well as adding to the curb appeal - this window will allow for a a bounty of unique light to enter your room. In the box is the interior trim that came with the window. I bought 2 of these to install in my new home but after modifying the plans, I was only able to install one. I love the one I installed in the gable end facing the road - it adds a unique feature to the exterior curb appearance of my home and it adds a unique light as light enters the room. The rough measurements are 20 1/2" across the flats of the window. The window is pine and is unfinished so you can finish it to the rooms specifications. we will file a NPB strike against you and will re-list the item.
