SeraLock Towers and SeraLock Pallets are designed with interlocking "V" shaped serrated surfaces for precise and repeatable alignment of WedgeLock clamping modules. SeraLock Towers are available in four sided, two sided and single sided towers with a base that will mount to your HMC or an indexer for VMC applications. SeraLock pallets are available in sizes that will accommodate most vertical machining centers. These systems give you the advantage of building a custom workholding fixture utilizing standard modular components. Key to the SeraLock system is the accuracy of the serrations in form and spacing. The serrations are a perfect match for both clamping surface (tower or subplate) and clamping module (clamps and stationary jaws). The spacing, or pitch, of the serrations allows the use of a variety of economical, short stroke clamping elements. The movable and stationary components of the clamp can be located relative to one another on the subplate or tower so that the needed stroke of the movable component need be little more than the pitch serration. All estimates are subject to additional charges depending on the area in which you are located.
