i am going to be honest with you, i have no idea what this is.used for on the peice it says dwyer controls gages inc.michgan city ind. usa. it says its a dwyer inclined stationary manometer . which aparently measures inches of water. that is all i know about this peice. please call if you want (***) 265 1818 maurie thank you
