These state-of-the-art paints are engineered using NEXT generation, glow-in-the-dark technology. The brightness and length of glow time is ten times greater than conventional glow-paint found in your local stores. All GLOW-IN-THE-DARK NAIL POLISH can be recharged by light, over and over - indefinitely. For best results, we recommend the following 3-coat system for maximum glow effect and for prolonging the life of the applied glow-in-the-dark paint: 1) Performance will be promoted by first coating the fingernail with a light or white background. We recommend Ultra-Glo s WHITE NAIL BASE COAT; a white base coat specially engineered and formulated to promote maximum glow effect of any of our GLOW-IN-THE-DARK NAIL POLISHS. Apply 1 coat. Allow 5-10 minutes to dry before application of GLOW-IN-THE-DARK NAIL POLISH. 2) Apply 1-3 coats of Ultra-Glo s GLOW-IN-THE-DARK NAIL POLISH.
