ASG / Jergens Internally Adjustable Manual Torque Screwdriver, 10 to 100 in.-oz. 65105 Features an advanced, ergonomically designed, aluminum body with non-slip grip. Accepts all standard 1/4" hex bits (Phillips, Torx, etc.). Cam-over torque clutch stops driver when torque applied exceeds limits. Adjustable models, available in three torque ranges, allow operators to quickly "dial-in" torques from end of tool. Slip clutch prevents over-torquing. Drivers automatically reset for next fastener after torque is reached. Provides fine adjustment for precise torque delivery with an accuracy of 6%. Factory-calibrated to meet or exceed the accuracy and repeatability requirements of ISO-6789 and ASME-B107M. Internally adjustable models are available in four torque ranges. Torque is easily adjusted by removing end cap and inserting the Allen wrench provided with each tool. Torque must then be verified through the use of a torque analyzer (sold separately).
