Heavy duty power cord with grounded AC plug. Heavy duty plastic case with carry handle. Size is 3 3/4" D x 7 1/2" W x 6 3/4" H. Meter face is 3 1/2" x 7 1/2". Meter reads OHMS, DC-AC, AC P-P & P-P. Front panel has a FUNCTION knob for OFF, AC (RMS/P-P), - DC VOLTS, + DC VOLTS & OHMS and a RANGE knob. Made in the USA. AC RESPONSE IS 0 TO 1.5 MEGA-HERTZ. Tested okay in fair used condition. CRACKS IN THE METER FACE AS YOU CAN SEE. Front half is taped to the rear half of case. Rear case has a 1 x 2 inch piece missing from the right side. Handle is a little bent but works.
