This is for One Nice 4 flute cutter, Looks to be about a 120 degree included angle counter sink cutter. Min cut diameter is about 13/16" Body Diameter is 1.5" and it has a small taper shank similar to morse taper. That taper measures approx. .696" at the large end. USA Made by Scully Jones. Rare Hard to Find Special Milling machine Cutters Tooling Deburrs. 1-1/2" Model 61125 This is is just like the one in the photo but it has less angle on the cutting edges. I am not sure if it is new or resharpened, but probably a resharp, still coated in plastic. If in Michigan add 6% sales tax. Thanks!
