Microchip PIC UV eraseable CMOS microcontrollers All of these PIC micros are the -JW "windowed" UV-eraseable version of the OTP "one-time programmable" family device. PIC17C44-JW: Originally used in 2 PICSTART PLUS programmers and were recently removed and replaced by PICSTART FLASH upgrade module. All of the other devices were originally purchased for various development projects some years ago, but most were never used. *One of the PIC16C74A-JW is still in tube/packaging from Digikey and If you need data sheet for any of these parts, visit Microchip If purchased new, all would be about $250.
