High Purity Chemical Feed System for Wetbench Supply Manufacturer: System Chemistry, Inc. Milpitas, Ca. Model: D-2000, with model: Drum holder and model: Sgl.drum.dytnk cabinets As designed, the systems are used to draw chemicals from a drum, which is placed in the glove box cabinet for connection to the supply / return /vent lines in a sealed environment via glove access for the technician. The cabinets are constructed with a connection for fume venting and interfaces with the control / pumping unit. Chemicals drawn from the drum enter the control unit which contains two diaphragm pumps built entirely of Teflon and polypropylene, and related filters, valves and high purity piping constructed of the same. The chemicals are transferred to a day tank cabinet where a tank (not included) sits on an electronic scale. The system draws from this cabinet by subtractive weighing and delivers the reagents to the wetbench (not included) system for use. The control cabinet has two sampling systems for testing the drum material and the day tank material for quality control. There are also controls for the monitoring of the chemicals, controlling flow and monitoring weight, these functions are programmable. * Loading to truck is free of charge.
