1956 john deere 620
What’s a fella to do?!?!?! I bought this tractor in 1995, more because I wanted it than needed it. Now it’s time to finish the restoration of a truck for my teenaged son. This is one toy that I can part with…..maybe!!!!!
This JD 620 is in very good condition. It was restored before I got it. It runs well and has new tires. The work chores I performed with it consisted of; stretched fence 1 time, pulled a dozen logs out of the woods and ran a post driver for about 50 posts. Other than that, it has rested quietly in the corner of my garage, looking lonely. The serial number is 6202850, which by my research means late in 1956. This thing is almost ten years older than me and looks much better!!!! Oh, by the way, I know the fenders are not 1956, but they look like they came on the thing.
As with any Johnny Popper, this is a collectable piece of farming history. You can find a lot of info about the 620 at http:// /td/td43.html
I DO NOT send “second chance” offers. If you get one, it is a scam!!!
