The cable is 10-2 with Ground. This wire has been kicking around in my garage for a couple of years and I have no need for it. It is new, but has some scuff marks on the grey jacketing. Nothing that effects the integrity or the use of the wire. The length is an estimation based in how many coils are in the spool (I counted 49 but there may have been 50)and the average diameter of the spool (16"). The total was calculated by multiplying 16"*Pi= 50.265" per coil. 50.265"*49 coils = 2463"/12" = 205 feet. I made sure to estimate low, to make sure that I wasn't short changing anyone. The actual average diameter is more like 16.5"
