This appears to be a very heavy duty power supply. My photo shows both sides. The electronic board is mounted on an "L" shaped piece of aluminum that is 1/8" thick. The input and output connections are both soldered on. I have tested it and it powers up just fine..Its output voltage is just over 11 vdc. The naameplate reads as follows:
