1 1/2" Crowned Diamond Core Drill Bit General Purpose This diamond core drill bit is designed with a general purpose medium/soft bond. This bit is going to give the user effective drilling in a wide range of materials. Designed with a crown this diamond core bit will have a greater life without the possibility of loosing a segment. If you find your bit starts coring effectively then its performance rapidly deteriorates you might need to drill that material with a bit manufactured with a softer bond. To dress or sharpen a dull bit run it through some soft abrasive material such as cinderblock, flagstone or simply throw some sand in the hole being cored.
