You are looking at the rear protecting guard for the Casco PF 1000 Safety Helmet. The helmet in the photo is not included. The picture of the helmet is only to illustrate the attached rear safety guard. This rear safety guard is easily applied with (3) button snaps. Once installed, the rear guard is designed to protect the open neck area between the helmet and fire safety jacket.
