Panasonic 12 Volt impact driver and drill combo. Impact driver features a digital clutch which can be set to shut off at correct torque. There are 16 clutch settings and 3 impact speeds. In addition there is a neat feature which when activated you can snug a screw after the clutch has shut off the drill. It rotates 1/4 turn when the trigger is depressed. The impact driver is about 14 months old and I purchased the matching drill to retire my other Panasonic drill which is now 5 year old and still going. I never used the drill. The batteries are Ni/Hh and are rated at 3.5 amps. This driver runs a long time on a charge. I paid about $300 for the set. Included is the new tool cases my new impact driver came in. The only reason for selling is I wanted to try the new Lithium Ion Panasonic. I should also mention this driver is still made in Japan. I was very sad to see my new one is made in China! You will love the balance of this tool. Panasonic is in my opion one of the best kept secrets in the tool trade.
