If you have any application questions or need a machine in a hurry please e-mail R.andrews@chicagopartsnetwork.com The Deeepgroove1 control unit is made in a control box, that was used for control systems We use 2 fans to cool the latest Xylotex 4 axis control board this allows us to run the chips on the board closer to their rated max spec of 30v at 2.5 amps per axis We run our board at 28v at 2.5 amps per axis, unlike other folks who run their board at 24volts 2.0 amps per axis We use an industrial continuous duty power supply that is immune to power fluctuations and is 5 amps at 28volts It is switchable from 110v or european 220v input These power supplies are made by meanwell for us, they are not some 24v volt laptop power supply Why do I use the Xylotex microstepping bipolar drive? Because the control board is designed and made by an expert in cnc control systems he was the lead programmer for a major cnc machine manufacturer Check out their website Do a search on the internet and forums for Xylotex you will find lots of info on this proven, reliable, super smooth and efficient control board when configured for 1/8 step you get 32,000 steps per inch that is smooth!
