Your satisfaction is very important to me, so if you have any questions about your item, please contact me ASAP so that I can answer them to your satisfaction** Murphy's law states that if you don't insure it, it will break! VP's rule of thumb is if you pay good money for an item, why not pay a few more bucks to CYA ... this way, if it breaks, no problem! If you choose not to insure, and I choose not to reimburse, then you might choose to get cranky, and I don't want to go through all the drama, so PLEASE just insure the item to begin with! ps... sometimes things don't go as planned- images are down occasionally, so if you can't see my cool graphics, such is life, but the item is still as described and up for grabs-just email me if you need more photos!
