The code on the packet is R390-17 04 08M-PM and they are Grade 4030 which is a general purpose steel milling grade. They have a medium type cutting profile with a 0.8mm corner rad which makes them suitable for the majority of general milling work. They may not be in the original Sandvik box but are genuine/undamaged and as described. Please feel free to email me with any questions/queries whether technical or otherwise and I will do my best to answer them. I try to be fair with my p&p charges and to that end if you do pay excessive postage I will usually refund the excess as I have done on previous occasions.
