These cylinders are 6 1/2" tall and have an outter diameter of 3 1/2" and an inner diameter of 3 1/8" The end plate dimensions are 3.75" X 3.75" X 1.25" The 4 hole mount dimension are 3" center to center I am not sure whether the seals are for these cylinders but they fit tightly over the cylinders.
