New bobcat 185 loader: 155 hours- in may 2006

New bobcat 185 loader: 155 hours- in may 2006
This is an excellent opportunity to acquire a nice, clean Bobcat that is nearly new and save about $10,000 over a new one!
This bobcat was put into service in May 2006 by a Bobcat dealer. I purchased it from the dealer a month ago with 140 hours on it to use on a long term project on some property I own but the property is hilly and sandy (Southern California) and a skid steer loader can get stuck in this kind of terrain when used to move heavy rocks up hills. I have already purchased, and am using, a Bobcat 190 Track Loader to replace this 185.
The 185 was fully serviced by the dealer (whom you may contact) in October, just before I bought it. It starts immediately, runs the way it should, and has no mechanical issues at all. According to the selling dealer, there is a bumper to bumper standard unlimited hour warranty until May 14, 2007 and a full driveline warranty until May 14, 2008. Except for some paint scratches on the back, the Bobcat is in excellent condition.
This Bobcat runs fine and does everything that it is supposted to do.
I suggest that you review the information that is available at bobcat.com for detailed specifications and safety information.
The Bobcat is located in Southern California, just South of Riverside, convenient to Los Angeles, San Diego and Orange County. You can inspect it by appointment.
