Metcut by Kennemetal/Greenfield Pilot for Balanced Drive Back Spotfacers & Back Counterbores. #3 Morse Taper Shank x 1.250" pilot diameter x 3.50" body length x .750 inverted drive length. While this item is New in the box, It does have light rust (as pictured). I think some steel wool would do it wonders.
