When I first did the research on these; I remember finding a website mentioning that they are Radiation / Frequency Testers. I can't find that site again, so I could be mistaken. The RTF-1 appears in excellent condition, The RTL1005A is missing some parts; It's missing the BNC connector on the coax cable, the right jig panel and all four feet.
