I had bought this unit many years ago with the idea of building a radio around it, but that project never came into being. This variable capacitor has 2 gangs with the capacity of 275 mmf in each section. The gear drive is a precision unit with a spring loaded gear driven by a spiral gear all in ball bearings with a mechanical stop at each end of travel of the rotor. It takes 50 turns of the knob to go from open to closed of the capacitor. The width is 4 3/4" Back to front is 3 1/4, and the height is 3 1/4"  I do not charge for packing and handeling.
