Rebuilt Leybold D4A Trivac Dual Stage Rotary Vane Mechanical Vacuum Pump. This pump has many applications such as vacuum electronic tubes and light bulb evacuation, thin film manufacturing, refrigeration and freeze drying, as well as general applications for research and industry. Some of the Trivac features include: direct drive with elastometric coupling, built in oil filter, large sight glass to monitor oil levels and pressure relief valve to prevent blockages. The specifications are as follows: This pump was recently rebuilt by PChemLabs, Inc. It was fully dismantled and all parts were decontaminated and inspected. Damaged or worn parts were replaced. All O-rings, seals, springs, and vanes were replaced. The pump was attached to a computer monitor and diagnostics were performed over 72 hours under varying loads.
