This is a portable hydraulic shear. This shear needs can be made to be a manually operated shear or a motor driven operating shear. This shear needs a frame with springs to hold the blade up until activated by the motor or hand pump. The serial number is f1206. This has a milwaukee cylinder with a psi rating of 3000 psi.The dimensions are 32 x 8 x 8 inches The model on the cylinder is h-11.
