Vacuum test chamber. This chamber consists of two chambers, with ISO fittings on each end. The first chamber is ISO 200 (9.45" OD NW200) to ISO 200 (NW200), and is about 15" long. It has a tee welded onto the top with an ISO 100 (5.12" OD NW100) flange. The flange here has two welded ports for a KF25 and a KF16 fitting. The second chamber is ISO 200 reduced to ISO 160 (7.09" OD, NW160). It has a welded flange on top that is ISO 63 (3.74" OD, NW63). That currently has an adaptor to a conflat flange with an ion gauge in it. The ion gauge comes with the test chamber. The ISO 160 end is the right size to fit the turbomolecular pumps that we have in stock, but note that the chamber does not come with the turbo pump, although it is shown in the picture. Most of the chamber is wrapped in NuMetal for magnetic shielding. There are also aluminum clamps to hold the chamger onto to a test stand. If you have questions about the chamber, please contact us.
