This is a group of 10 Best Lock lightly used, combinated, interchangeable cores. They are 7 pin, A keyway, 606 finish (satin brass). These cores are pinned with original Best pins (no colored pins). For increased security, each core contains mushroom (or spool) pins (both bottom and top) in one pin chamber. These special pins increase the difficulty in picking a Best core The core marks are face stamped. Included will be 5 master keys (operate all the cores) and 1 control key. These nickel silver keys are factory stamped DUPLICATION PROHIBITED. These cores are actually masterkeyed. However, the individual operating keys are not included. Presently Best Access Systems lists these cores for more than $30 for one combinated core. Here is a chance to obtain original Best cores that were made in the USA.
