This is a Southern Pine Manual , Copyright 1916 by the Southern Pine Association in New Orleans, La. It is a manual of Standard Wood Construction. It is the 5th edition printed in 1917. It measures 4 1/2 x 6 3/4", 127 pgs. There is a name written on the inside cover and the leather cover is a bit worn but otherwise fine.
