Rare dated Sept 1, 1888 paper magazine titled "Gleanings in Bee Culture devoted to Bees & Honey and home interests, Medina Ohio by A I Root, (Editor and Publisher) Vol XVI no 17." Pages 667 to 698. Meant to be part of earlier and later printings. States one dollar per year. Wonderful ads and articles (love the ad for the Italian Queens 5 for $3.00), intact, small corner missing on bottom right front cover, original string binding, there are 3 holes on the side that were put in to later incorporate in with others, good intact condition, very nice early piece measuring 6 3/4 x 10.
