Vintage Condenser/Capacitor Tester. Jackson Mod. 650A. Great Antique Display Item. Missing the Glass, but can be Replaced Cheap. Like I stated, Just a Showpiece, Have no idea if this item Works. Comes in an all Metal Enclosure w/ Hinged Cover and Hasp.
