LED technology has advanced to the point where it has become far and away the best there is. LED s require a mere 15% of the energy consumed by incandescents and 50% that of fluorescents, providing no less than the same level and quality of light. Replacing fluorescents is as well the healthier and environmentaly friendly choice. LED s also happen to have a lifetime of regular use of over 50,000 hours, some twenty times that of halogens and even more times the life of incandescents, making one of our LED bulbs worth the equivalent of 20 conventional bulbs in lifetime alone. Factor in the energy savings, and our LED bulbs are well over 100 times more cost efficient than your current lighting, setting aside the 95% reduction in maintenance costs (i.e. switching a burnt LED to a new one just once rather than 20 times) Our bulbs are also designed to retrofit E27 sockets (the socket of the age old incandescent). All that s needed is to just take out the burnt out incandescent or compact fluorescent and replace it with our LED. They fit in the same socket. The savings are rather phenomenal.
